We do our best to meet every deadline and will always communicate realistic lead times before you order.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and U.S. public holidays) after payment confirmation.
Please note: creating a shipping label does not always mean the package has left our facility the same day — sometimes labels are pre-printed for scheduled carrier pickups.

We rely on daily UPS/FedEx/USPS collections from our warehouse, and our team works evenings and weekends to ensure every order ships as quickly as possible.

Domestic Shipping (U.S. & Canada)

Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days after dispatch.
Shipping cost is automatically calculated at checkout based on destination and total weight.

All orders include tracking and delivery confirmation. Tracking numbers are sent via email once your order ships.

International Shipping

We currently ship worldwide. Delivery estimates vary by region:

• North America: 5–9 business days
• Europe: 7–15 business days
• Asia-Pacific: 10–25 business days

Some specialized items may ship directly from our Chongqing Adoration Technology Co., Ltd. facility.
Every international shipment includes full tracking until delivery.

Multiple Shipments

If an order includes items with different availability dates, in-stock items may be shipped first.
There are no additional shipping charges for split shipments.

Tracking and Notifications

A tracking number will be emailed within 24–48 hours after your order has left our warehouse.
Please note: certain carriers may delay updating their tracking status until the package reaches a major sorting hub.

If you have not received tracking within three business days, please check your spam/junk folder or contact info@acst-us.com.

Backorders and Pre-Orders

If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will ship available products first and automatically ship remaining items once restocked.
If an item is no longer available, we’ll notify you immediately and issue a refund or replacement per your preference.

Address Accuracy and Delivery Disclaimer

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.
Once your order is in transit, Adoration is not liable for delays due to incorrect addresses, weather conditions, carrier issues, or theft after confirmed delivery.

If you’ll be away or have delivery instructions (e.g., “leave at reception”), please include them in the checkout notes or email us right after ordering.
